Mr. Anand Iyer is a distinguished first-generation entrepreneur, blending academic excellence in Management and Engineering with rich professional experience at ICICI Ltd.

Mr. Anand Iyer is a distinguished first-generation entrepreneur, blending academic excellence in Management and Engineering with rich professional experience at ICICI Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank.
Since 2002, he has been at the helm of J.A. Credit Consultants Pvt. Ltd. a reputable firm recognized within the Banking & Finance domain for its integrity , performance and trusted partnerships with leading banks for rendering Debt Recovery and allied services .
Beyond this, he contributes to the financial sector as Director of an NBFC specializing in NPA acquisition and resolution and serves as a certified Independent Director on the boards of several mid-sized corporates.
Driven by a passion for knowledge sharing, Mr. Iyer also nurtures future leaders as a visiting faculty at a premier management institution in Mumbai.

His journey since 2003 , spans global banks like Citibank NA ,ABN Amro Bank & Royal Bank of Scotland, followed by his role as CEO at Callstreet Solutions India Pvt ltd and JA Credit Consultants Pvt. Ltd. His expertise in workforce strategy, compliance, and talent optimization and people-centric philosophy underpin Humaatrix’s commitment to excellence, delivering innovative staffing, recruitment, payroll, and training solutions that propel client success.
